BOOKING Policies
RESCHEDULE
You can reschedule ONE TIME using the same retainer fee if done at least 48 hours before your appointment. Availability is not guaranteed.
CANCELLATION
Deposit will not be refunded if you choose to cancel at anytime. Same day cancellation will incur a 50% charge. No call no show will be charged a 75% charge.
ARRIVE ON TIME
Please arrive on time to ensure your full service can be completed. There is a 30 minutes grace period.
PAYMENT
Balance is due in Cash or Zelle, CashApp, Venmo.

Hair is included with all styles excluding crochet, sew-in, and Boho hair.
WASH & PREP
Hair should be freshly washed, oil free, with no product.
DETANGLING
Hair must be detangled unless the detangling option was selected during booking.
